Retribution List

Since we are posting Warmachine n Hordes List...figure toss mine up to show peeps what I'll be fielding. I'm at 35 pts and have all models in hand.

As I said, I haven't been able to go through your list and read what they have to say about it, but they seem to be fairly good at explaining what works well with what, etc. Just figured I'd forward it on in case you hadn't seen it!

Yeah...it's my favorite read on slow days...those thand the PP forums.

Not only that...you n I are so super close, we could get together anytime n toss down. My table at home is ovel but it's about 4x4 in total

This list definitely has assassination threats. Not bad really.

I'm of the opinion that you should have more than one avenue to victory built into a list (especially at 35pts+)

I would look at dropping the mage hunters for something with a big more backbone (invcitors or the halberdiers.)

Not bad though. Give it a whirl! The battlemages take a bit of getting used to.

Now see your not the only one that has said that. I was actually looking at Halberdiers incase I want to do a teir themed list. You play them yet?

Nope not yet, super solid unit though.

New list looks better! Although... why drop the mitten mages? Drop the mage hunters instead IMO.

Jack hunters mainly. I'm more afraid of getting owned with the kittens

The kittens are what gave you your assassination threat. They are definitely a bit more difficult to use... but the magehunters crumble (or are at least not very useful) vs hordes or infantry.

Updated....won a grea auction for a brand new box of Invectors and Standard and Leader for $40....so with that...here's an updated 35 pt list

Played well, I think that list will cause your opponents some big problems. Nice assassination threat with the mages + shooting with the invictors with their mini feat.

yeah and forgot they have the Jack Marshall special ability too.

What heavies are you running and do you use any of the light jacks?

I only think of maybe one of the lights is worth it and that's the Chimera
