You had your say Mike, now let him have his. I can't remember the original post exactly, but he definitely wasn't just correcting your spelling. While the dirty words were in violation of the posting rules, you could have just deleted those w/o messing up the content of his post.
Making jokes is a two edged sword, sometimes you say something that offends people, and you have to deal with the consequences.
