I'm don't play nids but it looks pretty good. Not sure about tyrant guard thou. Can the swarmlord join them or are they just a screen? I think genestealers outflanking would be better as they can't assault after DSing and have no shooting. This also gives you some board control has it forces your opponent to bunch up more in the middle which is nice for the Doom.

The Guard are there to soak up shots towards my Tyrant. Since he is going to be a Melee Tank. Not only that, the Guard have lash whips to get that Inititive down to 1 when in base to base. Bring my Tyrant up the rear (no sexual innuendos please) to murder with the bone Swords.

I'm even playing around with running another Tyrant instead of the Trygon Prime. Not sure yet.

I need to do some playtesting on Vassel as I'm building up.

You need some obj holding units, ie termagaunts or warriors. Unless you're just looking to try to table your opponent....

I would lose the trygon. One is not that effective... concentrated fire will drop him the second he comes in without target saturation. Drop the guard for an additional tyrant or to pair up the trygon.

I'm looking to blow thing ous of the water. Trygon Prime MAY come out. But as they say, you like it, play it. It will all come down to playtesting....if it blows....I have other options I'm willing to use like replace with a Mawloc, and then decrease the Stealers to smaller amounts and add a 4th squad of troops.

Under the new rules the toxin sacs hurt your trygon more than anything,yes you get the reroll but at str 6 who really needs it since the default of the toxin sacs makes you only wound on a 4+. I love ty guard with my swarmlord, 2 is usually enough to "deliver " him to his destination, but i really prefer to put lash whips on them. When he joins the squad he loses his status as an Ind PC per say and so you can charge with them first placing all opponents in base first with them and he doesnt have to be in base to attack since he is now part of a "squad". Agreed that trygon although scary to some feels odd in this list but then ive never been one to play troop short. you could prob fit a squad of warriors and an alpha prime in there for close points and have character killers on the loose that count as troop.
