CAGBASH @ CincyCon 2013!!! March 2nd & 3rd!!!

Just a heads up as it is almost time for CAGBASH again.

So mark on your Calendars CAGBASH will be at CincyCon again this year. Cincycon is Friday March 1st thru Sunday March 3rd.

CAGBASH 40K tournament will begin March 2nd Saturday Morning at 10am!

New this year is 5 amazing rounds of 40K! 3 rounds on Saturday with the final 2 rounds on Sunday March 3rd!

Using 6th Edition Rules for 40K.All current Codices allowed, as well as any white dwarf legal add ons.

1850 standard FOC. Allies Allowed. Fortifications allowed.

Painting not required but Strongly suggested. There will be painting prizes.

To Win CAGBASH you must have the most wins out of the 5 games played, if there is a tie then see the tiebreaker scenario below:

1.Win/Loss/Draw

2.Victory Points

3.Strength of Schedule

4.Margin of Victory

5.Coin Toss



Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place. Random Door Prizes will be drawn as well!

Painting Prizes For Best Army will be held on Friday March 1st in a Armies on Parade like contest.

5 Days??? I was hoping to play this year but Saturday was the only day I could play.

I'm out. It's hard for me to commit to 2 days for one event

Where did you get 5 days? its 5 Rounds... not 5 days... just 2 days sat and sunday. Friday if you submit an army for display!

Sorry to hear you cant make it CJ with almost 8 months notice. I am just giving a heads up to everyone so arrangements can be made. Maybe next time CJ!

hahah....yeah meant 2 days.......

As for planning.....right now with schedules for me and Leslie being really crazy, I have to plan almost a year in advanc efor some things including vacation time for next year. Granted it is 8 months in advance but a 2 day event for the same game might be a bit too much for players. Make it a 3 round game on Saturday and I'll be there with bells on!

I had several requests for a 2 day event. Plus we get a better possibility of more outside players coming in for a more competitive tournament!

so hold 2 different formats. Cincycon should be bigger n better than last year.

Hold a one day tourny and then for the ones that want a two day event, welp....go for it.

And if you can't do something for 1 day...do something like patrol clashes or 1k pt games.

there's always other options....

I am aware of all that we can do for options CJ. This is our best option. If you cant play I'm sorry. There will be other events that you can participate in at Cincycon. And I will be having events at CincyCon for the entire time. The other events are not announced yet.

Preregister will be in dec. And will go up to one week before the event.

what is the entry fee

The cost is not set in stone yet but it will probably be $20, If I can get enough people registered I can lower the cost.

This year A goodie bag will include some nice items... Last year we gave Tactical templates, Cards, Dice, and a few other cool things.



This year everyone will be given a brick of unopened dice plus some really cool objective markers, amongst other cool stuff!!! *** SUBJECT TO CHANGE***

AWESOME LOOKING FORWARD TO IT NEED TO GET BACK INTO THE TOURNEY SCENE

There will be plenty of CAG events all over Cincinnati to help you get ready!!!!
