40k 1850 standard 6th edition rules. standard force org chart with allies and fortifications allowed. 3 rounds 2.15 hours a round finish complete turn on time up. $10 entry. Painting not required. Warhammer 40k approved ok. Must have codex, faq, erratas, white dwarf, or any books needed for your army list.
