Hello~ New to Cincinnati!

Hi! I just moved to Cincinnati from Athens, where I went to OU for college. Definitely a gamer, right now I'm mostly into PC gaming, but I also love console, as well as TCGs (Magic the Gathering!) and I do love board games as well.

I've been looking for some cool comic/game shops to check out, and I felt this place would be a great way to maybe get suggestions of where to go, and possibly to meet some fellow geeks and gamers Smile

Where abouts do you live in Cincinnati? Plenty of game stores to choose from.

FYI
Art of War also plays MTG and other card games (LCG's) on Tuesday nights
and Gateway Games also play card games on other days besides Friday

I am actually in the Middletown area right now, but I am working in the Eastside area, and I'm planning on moving there once I find a place!

If you're in middletown, there's also a nice store just south of dayton, Epic Loot, in Centerville.

Welcome aboard. Most stores also have a dedicated board gaming night as well. EGC is Wednesdays.

I finally got in my new place. Found out I am less than 5 minutes from Queen City Comics and Cards, do they do a lot of events? Smile

Definitely happy to hit up other shops as well!

If you wanna try out some cool boardgames Eastside Games and Cards in Milford does Boardgame nights on Wednesdays and open gaming every night!

Queen City Comics in Pleasant Ridge?

No, Jeff & Matt( Who ARE very cool guys) only have sales floor space

since your origional post Art of War and Gateway Games have developed a MUCH more involved Card gaming group

Gateway has a LONG standing MEET UP for boardgames
