| Ok so Zagstruk has the swoop attack special Attack that states he and da boyz MUST enter the battle Via deep strike.
So what if I have him but the scenario says no deepstrike?

| well it does not say that they may enter via deepstrike if the rules don't allow it so i think that you might not be able to play them on those mission | |

| I thought that all Stormiez had Deep Strike always (just like Terminators), cause if they don't me and Danny screwed up a few Combat Patrols. | |

| No, that's why we screwed that up. But it was a fun series of games (Zagstruck + DS into Scouts = funny. But not as funny as O'Shavah + DS onto top of Ork Battlewagon (long time ago)). | |

| MUST enter the battle Via deep strike So the restrictions on some are lifted so if someone has the deepstrike ability they will always be able to do it. or just on certain ones. I'm curious for most tournaments do they usually run scenarios that do not allow DS? And will Zagstruk be an exception if they are not allowed? | |

the word MUST only implies that if given the ability to in the rules that this character has to deepstrike not the implication of getting the ability to at any time. so this character may not enter a battle of which deepstrike is not allowed

Which is why I am asking if he is anexception if it is barred from the scenario. Like the Demonhunters GreyKnights can always use deepstrike regardless, right?
Cause say we do get a tourney going and someone comes up with the clever idea that we should have a scenario without DS then I don't want to have Zagstruk if I can't use him!

| I would belive that it is the same as the grey knight's used as fast attack which must be teleported even if it is not allowed. | |

| ok it says that they must then i would follow somewhat the same rules but maybe you should try talking to some other people about it. there might be 6.4 million people in the world but not all of them know what where talking about. | |
