Looks like a solid Dragon kill each turn to me. Even with the mixed results with cannons in past experience.

How about pulling off a couple battle mages for Engineers. Stick a cannon 3 inches to each side to get the misfire re-roll. He may not be able to provide a re-roll more than once a turn but the odds of two misfires back to back is only 1 in 36. Throw in the obvious sniper rifle to make life interesting for incoming unit champions.

Are you comfortable with the front line infantry? If the enemy force doesn't bring many monsters (or none) this force is at a major disadvantage. That is unless the enemy is my Vampire Counts and you obliterate my general and/or zombie dragon turn one. Oh the pain.

I'm not using the cannons for monsters though. Haven't seen too many yet. Just normal Unit busting detail!
The wizards I think will be more useful than engineers because of the range and boosting ability.
1 Lord wizard will take the lore of light and one will be the "wild" or life magic. 2 or 3 wizards will choose from the lore of beast to get tranformation of Kadon.
I guess I'll have to wait and see if someone drops out of the next round of Ard boyz

given the limitation on power dice, I would be concerned about having too many Wizards. The average roll on 2 dice is 7, the best is 12. So that gives you 12 divided between 2 lvl 4's and 4 lvl 2's? I didn't see a lot of items that add to your power dice. Lets say they all channel, that gives you barely over 1 die per casting lvl. Just something to think about. If you want to play test it sometime, let me know and we will give it a shot.
