So the Necron chatter is starting to pick up a bit after years of little to nothing. Details on the Nectontyr after the jump:
via stickmonkey:
All Immortal based models being redone. Because Destroyers, Lords, etc. were supposedly based on the immortal "chassis" and that has been redone "bigger", its a cascade effect. However, skimmer body base not expect to change.
Immortals possible move to Troops choice.
New Elite options
Pariahs no longer 0-1
Additional C'Tan
Plastic Tomb Spyder box to make TS or variant.
New fast attack MC
Pylon may make codex as heavy option

| 'monger and I were actually talking about alot of these prospected rumors the other day... guessing alot of these and not knowing about them. The 3rd C'tan being the Void Dragon (machine god on Mars) and the possibility of the pylon being a heavy choice.... who would have knew, hey 'monger.
It's only rumors though...

| I won't be replacing my destroyers unless the new ones are a wholelotta awesome sauce. I haven't collected any immortals so that is good. I have 3 TS currently but would replace them in a heart beat. Such a poor model. Pylon is sitting on my painting desk. |

| I hope we get a plastic version of the Pylon that doesn't cost a first born. | |

Pretty wierd I know, we even talked about Immortals being troops. Like I stated on the ML site, I'm having doubts about the Pylon but am coming around on the Immortals being troops. How sweet would that be! Side note; I recieved the Forge World news letter this mourning and it has several pics of the new Tomb Stalker model along with experimental rules. Here are the links if I did this right? If not sorry in advance. Designed by Will Hayes, the Tomb Stalker is a previously unseen type of Necron construct. This intricately detailed full resin kit can be constructed in a huge variety of dynamic positions as you can see in these images, and is supplied with a sprue of plastic necron green rods with which to complete construction. Armed with potent Gauss weaponry and razor-edged talons, the Tomb Stalker adds a devastating mix of firepower and combat ability to a Necron army, and Imperial Armour writer Alan Bligh has put together a set of experimental rules for this sleek and ancient instrument of destruction, that are available to download here.

| Thanks Bojesphob, I always seem to have problems with links and pics. Here is the experimental rules.
NECRON TOMB STALKER................................................................................................................................ Points: 195 WS BS S T W I A LD SV Tomb Stalker 4 4 6 7 5 4 4 10 3+ Unit Composition: • 1 Tomb Stalker Unit Type: • Monstrous Creature Wargear: • Two Gauss Flayers Special Rules: • Sense Cluster • Brutal Assault • Fearless • War Construct • Phase Tunnelling Sense Cluster: Tomb Stalkers have the Night Vision universal special rule. Brutal Assault: The Tomb Stalker itself is a weapon; a mass of bladed limbs and razor-sharp armour plates. It gains +2 attacks on a turn in which it assaults as opposed to the usual +1. War Construct: The Tomb Stalker is a huge mass of shifting pseudo-metal, with little vulnerability except to the massive use of force. Sniper weapons, attacks with the Poisoned ability and the like, only wound the Tomb Stalker on a 6 (as opposed to a 4+, 2+ etc, as would normally be the case). Phase Tunnelling: The Tomb Stalker is extraordinarily fast, and carries inbuilt phase field projectors allowing it to pass easily through inert matter, boring its way through rock and stone, and effortlessly passing through debris and rough terrain as it moves. As a result it has the Fleet, Deep Strike, Move Through Cover and Hit and Run universal special rules

| Love the Warconstruct rule. I hope that is on other Necron MC's and IC's in the future. |
