| But they'd never really side with an enemy army.
Everyone be there at 3, we will have to do some team building right then and there. I'm guessing this will easily be around 8k.
Just put the last touches on the terrain.
CJ: I think you've noticed that I already stopped playing you, just too much effort... I end up playing your game too, telling you rules and such. I'll stop putting you down, it isn't making it any better anyway. My bad.

| Now that you have left i am going to comment about the timeing, yes you toled a few of us on saturday but still even then it isnt enough time that only left 2 days before. to get a true good game you need to have pelnty of planning/warning in order to pull off a apoc game well with enough players for as large as you had planned. This apoc was way to rushed in time and such. That is the problem with apoc games if you wish to keep them as flufy as you are trying | |

| meh.. so we'll plan another one. Whats the big deal? Instead of whining about a game missed, go ahead and get one going yourself. I'm able to host again The Colts will not play a meaningful game for a month... | |

| Wow, that was fricken fun. Matt, the terrain was awesome, I hope to see those bunkers and billboard agian.
In hindsight the Necrons won the day, taking on a line of Russ's(knocking out 3 in the end) and TWO Baneblades, pretty much by themselves from turns 2-5.
Most kills award has to go to Snotskrapa(the Stompa) 4 vehicals and around 30 models, even though Matt made sure my mega weapons didn't fire after turn 1.
I also felt, my mob of grots taking out 4 minefields in turn 1, pretty much wasting an Imperial Stratagime(sp), was a major reason we got in so fast.
All in all, thanks to everyone who participated, it was a blast(literally)

| yeah, very good time. Bruce, get over it... not everyone will be able to make a game. Like Marc said, get your own game going if you want to play so bad. Apocalypse was a blast, but I think one army per side would make it way more balanced. Otherwise it is too easy to cover your bases. One army good at shooting, allied with an army that can assault really well. Massive fun though, me and John owned the ship board . Just couldn't get back to the ground in time to make a difference. Good fun, that Stompa was terrifying! | |

| Yeah, that Stompa is gross good. Especially with the meks continuing to repair everything even after it is destroyed. We might have lost the planet and the game, but at least the space wolves and dark angels were able to escape with a cool spaceship. | |

Yep, Meks repair a destroyed weapon on a 4,5 or 6. Didn't help though, as Matt keep shaking my 2 Mega Weapons crew, no repairing that. At least my Mega Rokkits got to fire and killed a wraithlord. The Mega Scorcha was insane, just wish I could have fired it more than once I really can't wait to use it again, the Orks almost need it, when taking on that much armor.

| One huge thing I took away from this is that when you make teams with multiple armies, you CANNOT cover all grounds unless it is even on both teams.
What I am saying is, apoc breaks if you have half a team good at shooting and surviving, and half a team good at close combat and surviving. I am convinced it would play better at 1v1 all from one force. Failing that, the teams should still remain balanced not only in points, but in overall army ability and play style (shooting, close combat, attrition, etc).

| agreed, we were pretty much all shooty, my armored company did a whole lot of nothing because it was mostly focused on the necrons.
next time we can organize it better though so that wont happen
oh yeah, Matt can you give me that PDF for my bugs? I have no idea when Sci-FI is going to get another one in.
