New CAG logo

Matt, how about this.....

A symbol of Sargeant in the middle (I was wanting to, say, use a Cadian sargeant rank symbol.... for my purposes, the top half of the USAF Sargeant would do), with a Laurel behind it (since we all know that the Emporer's champions have them), and CAG above it, and Cincinnati Arsenal Gaming underneath.... Ok, I know this isn't the best representation of what I'm talking about, I would expect it to be a lot more stylized, and more professional looking, but I think it would be interesting to say the least!

Not a bad idea, I can mess with that too.

yea with the dragon figure we can change it up a little but keep it abstract enough not to create confusion or debates about what it means.

I'm against the weapon too.....Matt is right. There are other ways of representing a game group. Not all the games we play have swords or bolters. We need to represent a community.....think of it that way.

How about the symbol of omega with the words Cincinnati Arsenal Gaming written in its bend, Also we could add 513 dice just the one in the middle of it. Please let me know wat you think of this idea, if people like it I will try and draw it up as I see i in my head. This way there is no weapons involved and we will have the dice and a decent image.

Ahhh that I know they do, even Battletech(I know no one has posted in it but still) they pack axes and swords on some of those mechs.

there is needless comments about having a stupid weapon and it's starting to erk me a bit...just drop it.

Im not going to drop something I think should be on the logo, if you thought you wanted something(or didnt) you would not shut up about it either

JT why the Omega symbol?

i know everybody has said no weapons, but i had an idea...

we could do this skull and crossbones style. we could have a fantasy sword and a chainsword crossed to be the cross bones.

then for the skull, we put a dice with CAG on the three sides like someone posted before.

Omega has been used in several societies as the symbol of war. It also gets used in a lot of war games. So i figured if we wanted a universal symbol omega would be the best one.

but really don't want too symbol war.... just our group

Besides..our current logo kicks ass....I love the hearts.....lol

It is Valentines Day... I like the juxtaposition of rough type face and "happy-go-lucky" but very lovable hearts

still you people are kinda sad, come on its a war game fourm, which means yes blood, war, swords and guns even if only in the fluff, its part of life and thats the point, like the skull and crossing swords idea
