The tactics used in this army would be to put everything in their transport and rush up real quick and jump out and engage the enemy at point blank range, the bikers would go up ahead and take on any forward positions the enemy is using or stay with the spear head and flank once the troops unload. The Lord and Termies without a LandRaider would Deep Strike in adding support where needed.

I think you need more Land Raiders. Just Kidding ! This army looks very tough to beat if you do not have the firepower to do it. However a gunline of Lascannons and Plasmaguns may be more than your army can handle. If you can somehow squeeze in a few units that are not so costly, it may make your opponent prioritize there shots a little more.

Even though you are running Khorne, you still need supporting fire power for your assault units. If your land raiders are running across the the board delivering their payload, they aren't releasing any firepower. You could save some points by using just 2 land raiders containing units with icons and deepstriking some of the termies on them. For the cost of 1 land raider in your heavies, you could get 2 vindicators.
