| I'm still dabling in the idea. I like it. I'd like to paint it. I certainly would feel like I could take it down and put it up more easily but it's tough to beat $20 of foam a gallon of paint and flock. |

| I'm a little late into this conversation is there pics of this grail like item? is it an actual TABLE like with legs and stuff or a solid Slab of plastic to be assembled, decorated and used- or is is a blow-molded flimsy something or other...? I'm with John, for $275- it better teach me to play and offer advice on my tactics or I'd need a few friends to split the cost with... (I'm not boo-whoo-ing this item, but c'mon... ) | |

| Yeah it is a 6 2'x2' piece modular plastic 6'x4' table that has low hills (and skulls ) molded into it. The pieces lock together and can be configured a bunch of ways for different table styles. You have to paint it and flock it though. There are a lot of pics on the main GW site. There is no terrain on it, you need to add that, again just some really low hills. It is pretty cool, and for $100 I might have bought one. $275 though... I just can't do it. I have several boards at home that look that nice or nicer, and they only costed a fraction of that. | |

| The real justification for it is mobility. It is sturdier and more easily broken down and transported than most do it yourself boards.
If you are going to have a board that lives on a table in your basement I think the large sheet o insulation foam is the winner.
If you for some reason need to set up games at many varied locations it would probably be nice.
Some others will want it just because it will be easier than making one themselves, and that is ok too.

| I'm in that latter part... I'm more into the game then the hobby... I like to paint somtimes but time is not always on my side as far as making terrian, plus adhd and OCD don't help...
So the table is a must for me...
Plus will look nice for the big tourney in May.
