This is focused towards the Games Workshop fluff, because really that is all I read anymore.
Don't get me wrong I still love the old school "Dark Elf" novels by R.A. Salvatore or any of the "Dragonlance" series but there is something about the brutality of a Space Marine assault, either Loyalist or Traitor, that just puts a stamp pf approval on a book for me.
I know that some of the newer players on the forums and maybe some of the table Vets that want to get into the fluff of the game they play. Black Library puts out some good books and have some amazing writers (McNeill Abbnet, etc.). In my experience if you read 5 Black Library book, 3 will be good, one so-so, and one will be amazing.
Well to help the newer people navigate all the books out there I added a book review section to my blog. If you click the link in my signature below you will be directed to my new/ongoing/old project <---don't ask...if you look on the left side of the page you will find a links to the books reviewed.
Now I just started going back through my library so it may take me a few weeks to get them posted up, but I will review all the books I have read, give them scores, and a quick overview of what they are about.
Let me know what you think, some of you guys that have read the books post what you think of them good or bad. The newer people after they read can post how much they enjoyed the book or hated it.
Anyways I will update this post when I put a new book up on the blog, and as always you can just click the link below to go see it.
Since I just finished it last week I started with "Rynn's World - Steve Parker"
