I know there isn't much anti-tank but orks cant shoot for sh*t anyways

Wont need to worry about anti tank with that much meat anyways 0_o

Couple of issues,

You cant take a Kustom Force Field and A Shokk Attack Gun on the same Mek... Would be cool if ya could.

Dont waste the points on the Rokkit Launchas just go Big shootas. What the rest of the squad will be shootting at should be good to be shot at with shootas and the big shootas complement. Don't get me wrong Rokkits are great but ya need a lot of them to be effective. Tankbusta squads for these guys, just keep the big shootas in there and asssault with Nob what might need to be hit with the rokkit launcha. May be able to add more Stormboyz too by taking off the rokkit launchas!

are the tank bustaz competetive? They have to walk the whole time to get to the tanks and if i put em in a trukk they'll just get blown up turn 1.

Very competitive but you have to know how to use them, my favorite way to run them is between 2 battlewagons so your line of sight can be directed to your target. But seeing as youa ren't running any then just put them in a trukk, but with the list you have here I wouldnt inclue them.
Take the KFF not the SAG in this list.
