Looks good for the most part. I don't know what your experience is with stealth suits, but mine has been no good. They don't bring anything to the table that the rest of your army can't. I'd rather spend the points on more crisis suits. you'll need max squads to take advantage of the markerlights.

But, first, put Disruption pods on all your vehicles. A second railhead will divide up the anti-tank fire and allow you to deal with swarms more effectively.

Remember, these are just my suggestions. Play some games and any weaknesses in your list will become apparent. Then make changes based on your play style.

Why 1250? Is this a league or what you play at home? 1850 is standard Tourney and random people encounter along with 1000 and 1500. Just Curious, or is this just what you own?

I'm also with Brian about stealth suits, I know they can be useful but not in your current list. Definitely want another hammerhead, and if you can get another devilfish for your other unit of firewarriors would be good, regardless of wether they ride in it or not.

I'm not a big fan of Tau, but when I play against them they give the Orks the roughest time taking away my cover saves and popping my battlewagons with railguns and pathfinders.
