If you can, keep the order the same. Meaning keep HQ first, the Elites, then Troops etc. Helps for comparison purposes.

I skimmed through them though, and they all look like solid lists. I'll be back later to look a bit closer.

Raveners are best as broods of 1 or 2 Dan. You have 3 Fast Attack slots, best to use them up. I ran 2x2 vs John and next time will be 2x1 and 1x2

In my experience (CJs may differ) Warriors are better suited for H2H then shooty. They have a base WS and Init of 4 yet just a base BS of 2 Buying them up to only a Guardsmen aim makes no sense when you can buy them up to better Marines in both WS, Init and even Strength. Add Rending and Leaping, coupled with their Synapse, you now have a "super" Ravener

..just watch out for Fisting Wulfen hiding in a woods

Also, watch for "wasted" points on your upgrades. Think about how they matchup on the table. Do you really need to buy up your Carni Init to a 2? If any Carni makes into H2H then then you've already won, cause the other player did some things horribly wrong

So after playing nids a number of times recently, here are my observations. Buying extended carapace on the stealers is great, but you should also buy them flesh hooks, cause a similarly sized squad in cover can still kill them, same with the broodlord although extended carapace becomes a luxury. For the carnifexes, I can attest to the power of the barbed strangler - venom cannon fexes. Not fun. Buying fexes extended carapace is a quandry however. Basically it comes down to how many missile launchers will you face. Not many things are AP3. Plasma, lascannon and melta will still all penetrate you even if you spend the points for more armor. And most things that are AP4+ are not strong enough to wound you consistently. In close combat it will be the PF that kill you anyway, so that's no difference. I'd seriously consider those points elsewhere. For the warriors, keep them fighty, lose the shootiness. They will just be expensive and still suck. I saw in one of your lists that they had deathspitters and BS2. Total Waste. Drop the enhanced senses and guns and give them +1 I so that they can be marine killers. With flesh hooks.

one thing I fear as a long time marine killer is Zoans. With Warpblast (i think?). The small blast pays for itself pretty easily, plus its cheap synapse that is annoying to kill (what with no instant death and a ++ save).

And when it kills my Plague Marines it gets really really bad.

Other than that, general things are:

If you have something big, have lots of somethings that are big (you have this covered pretty well). The reason being, if you have just one big thing (or you only have one big thing in LOS) then you will lose that big thing due to Anti Tank fire.

Pick your battles. Make sure you stick to your game plan, a Nid army will lose very quickly if you change game plans (marine players can get away with this). Reason being, with a Nid army movement is very important... you can't waste any of it.

Just some general advice. Nid's are one of my favorite armies to go up against, been playing against them for almost 8 years now! Maybe I should join the Xenos ranks sometime in the future...
