Drop Pod list for tourney

Damn it! I knew I forgot to do something this week. Came up with a new list based on the three games from Sat. I'll post it when I have more time (and I find it).

I talked with Steve about this Saturday, and he made me realize I am crazy enough to be dropping a whole army (with proper conditions) onto the field with little worry about scatter. I wish Steve's camera survived, then you all would see the depths of my insanity with my Command Squad.

Also, why not drop 1 of those plasma pistols and give the man a real weapon instead of that bread knife (power weapon).

Ha ha, Nathan. You are CRAZY enought to drop your whole army. I like the re-vamp better. Maybe a squad of Terminators might do you well in one of those pods instead of the Tac squad, just a thought.

@Ryan: The game was good that we played last Saturday, but unless he gets above 50% of his units in on turn 2, including his Libby, I have no problem killing 20-30 models in a turn. Although I must say I'm scared of the Librarian. One bad turn of LD checks and bye bye Ultramarines. Last time I failed 4 out 7 if I remember correctly and was still able to recover.

Decided to play "smart", and I like the list, though it was a 1500 pt game and I had to get rid of the termies. And for once half of my units came in turn 2!

Looks good Nathan, good job, you really need to by more pods so everything can have one The only suggestion I have is you should put tank hunters on your termies, doubles the number of glances you get against av 12. I see your list is already at 1750 and every unit looks equipped well so the only way I see to get 15pts is to just drop a marine somewhere. But don't worry, 1 marine wont make a difference, and the tank hunters might not either, depending on what match ups you get it might be huge.
