Nurgle Daemon Prince

So i was looking through chaosorc and found this mini done by ultraforge and thought hey that would make a perfect daemon prince. i'd love to get it but only if i can play it what are your policies on this sort of thing would i be able to play it in the upcomming tourney? here is the pic.

I would say it should be OK as long as it meets the requirements of:
1. Proper Base Size
2. Approximately the same size or bigger than the current GW model being used.
3. and follows the WYSIWYG rule.

Sean will be the final say on this seeing how he is the Tournament Organizer we can all give our opinions but what he says is pretty much it.
