what would be the base for a war shrine?is it a chariot base or bigger?

based on what I can see, it should be a chariot base. Even as huge as the new High Dragon is, it still comes on a chariot base.

so 50x 100 then--can it be bigger though for sculpting/converting purposes?like 50x120
