| It is pretty decent if you plan to host games.
I think Chaos Orc gets them in, but their stock fluctuates.

| It has been awhile but if memory serves the Imperial City has some accessory sprue(s) for general things that buying the boxes seperately does not.
As far as being worth it. If one does not want to spend the time building the terrain themselves it certainly is. | |

| Take your time basing it nicely etc... and thinking through what is playable and what is not. It can turn into a lot of money wasted if done wrong  | |
